How to eat?

I believe there are 3 levels of eating.

  1. No rules. Eat what you want.
  2. Intermittent fasting. Eat what you want, within a timeframe.
  3. Intuitive fasting. Eat what you want, but only when you are hungry.

Without rules, you can eat whatever the heck you want.

Intermittent fasting allows you to eat anything, but within a specific timeframe.

With intuitive fasting, you can still eat what you want, but you can eat it when you are really hungry. The most difficult aspect of this approach is determining where you are truly hungry.
